Footurama Store aims to offer the best possible services to our customer. We are happy to learn more and also share our product knowledge, just like how we would love to shop if we are the customer. Registrations
Anybody can easily browse our online store products, but customer needs to register first if they want to make a purchase. The registration is so simple and easy, customer just need to fill their basic information like Full name, address, phone number, email, location and also password for logging in. By Registering, you will also be able to received news regarding Footurama Online Store, such as New Arrivals, Sale Infos, etc via email.

Payment Method
Footurama Online Store currently accepts payment using Bank Transfers via BCA or Bank Mandiri for Indonesian customer. Our foreign customer can make a payment using PayPal.
Payment should be completed in 72 hours ( 3 days ) after check out. Footurama will automatically send and invoice to our customer’s email account. If the payment can’t be completed within 3 days, the orders will be cancelled. Product off course can be ordered again, but Footurama can’t guarantee the availability of the products.
When Footurama received the payment, Footurama will send a confirmation email and then process the shipment.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Footurama only process Orders from Online Store in our working days, which is from Monday to Friday. We Will process the orders 24 hours after we received the payment.
All products purchased from Footurama Online Store will be shipped using :
1. JNE for Indonesia Region.
2. EMS via Pos Indonesia for Outside Indonesia.
Returns Policy
All of the products on Footurama Online Store are 100% authentic and we believe that our customer will be happy with their purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are being shipped to make sure the products are in good condition and matched the order information.
However, If our customer turns out getting a different product from what they ordered, Footurama will issue a replacement assuming the products are returned within 7 days (Indonesian Customer) or 20 days (International Customer) of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, original packaging, and also in resalable condition.

- All Returned goods must be Unworn, Unwashed, Complete with all original tags / stickers, original packaging, and also in resalable condition.
- Footurama is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the goods.
- Please make sure all returned goods are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.
- If returning footwear, please ensure it is complete with the original box and the box must be protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused by Footurama.
- Please make sure all returned packages are sent with a track number so both parties can track the location of the package
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit
- For customer outside Indonesia, please mark the package “Returned Goods” to avoid any customs charges. Footurama is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

Sizing Information
Footurama will try to provide the basic information of the size for every product sold in Footurama Online Store. Footurama will also give sizing advice whether our customer should buy their true size, one size up or even one size down.
